The Helpology Ambassador program seeks to empower Migrant Domestic Workers (MDWs) as Helpology Ambassadors to raise awareness among their peers and community about their legal rights and duties so that they can make well informed decisions while working in Hong Kong.
We recognise MDWs as valuable members of our society who deserve access to justice and equal opportunities regardless of their nationality, educational level or language skills.
We will provide all our Helpology’ Ambassadors with tailor-made materials (Helpology Ambassador Handbook, resource flyer etc.), four half day legal training workshops and a platform so our ambassadors can ask us any questions if needed to clarify common misconceptions. Helpology Ambassadors will participate in Helpology’s outreach events, online facebook live sessions, webinar sessions and welcome sessions to share our missions with the wider community in Hong Kong.
