What we do
• Helping migrant workers understand their legal and human rights and explaining how they can protect those rights
• Providing advice and guidance on lodging claims for unpaid monetary entitlements and compensation for rights violations
• Providing assistance in the preparation of statement of claims, witness statements and defence statements
• Providing assistance to victims of race, sex and disability discrimination in filing complaints with the Equal Opportunities Commission, and in pursuing civil claims

Charmaine works in an international law firm headquartered in London, United Kingdom, with offices in the United States, Europe, Asia, and the Caribbean. She advises in respect of all matters relating to matrimonial law, including medium to substantial financial applications. In particular, she has been involved in specific discovery applications, variation of maintenance proceedings, interim maintenance and maintenance pending suit applications, cross border disputes and applications in respect of costs and taxation.
